Tracy Pierce is a Native of Mississippi, a graduate of Columbia College, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and a proud military veteran. During his time in the United States Army, he served his country in multiple capacities including Religious Affairs Specialist, and the distinct honor of U.S. Army Drill Sergeant. Tracy recognizes the U.S. Army for instilling in him leadership qualities such as duty, honor, integrity, respect, accountability, and servant leadership. These are the leadership traits that Tracy carries with him in his civilian life. He started in the insurance industry as an Allstate agency owner in Fort Worth, Texas but found that going independent would help him give his customer more options, as well as give him the ability to serve a larger variety of customers.
